tranquil retreat
comfy bed juliet balcony friendly staff
I found the rooms to have an antique feel and a super comfy bed. the juliet balcony overlooking the pool was gorgeous. the food was delicious when i had dinner. the staff were very friendly. I found great value for money.
I found the driveway quite scary and it got my anxiety to its highest level. It needs a system that allows one car at a time. i think a sensor for cars and a stop-go light would improve it. i am surprised there have not been serious accidents.

amazing view cute vibe modern feature dirty carpet dusty room non-existent signage
the location boasts amazing views. the staff offered a warm, cute vibe. the bathroom included modern features.
The carpet leading up to my room looked like it had never been cleaned. the room itself was very dusty. the signage around the hotel was non-existent. I found it difficult to find my way around.

Underwhelming Stay with Some Issues
poor gym basic breakfast selection
My experience had a few notable downsides. The gym was quite disappointing with limited equipment. I also found the breakfast selection rather basic. The room's cleanliness could have been better. I noticed some areas that needed more attention. the stay did not quite meet my expectations given the price.

rainforest surrounding secluded villa city views
The location was perfect. The beautiful rainforest surrounded everything. our villa felt secluded on the hill. the large balcony ran along the back and had great views of the city!

separate rooms breakfast option amazing view lovely time
the location felt awesome. views were amazing from the rooms. i also liked rooms were separate. breakfast had many options, i had a lovely time. Avi helped us, i feel thankful.
i did notice one shampoo was present instead of two.

avi's assistance felt very good. he went beyond to. the staff were very polite and helpful with any request. this made things so much easier.

the sauna felt clean and new. the pool area had many loungers for sunbathing. the gym has three treadmills and two stationary bikes. everything was tidy and well-kept .
